Endeavor Air Master Executive Council (MEC) leaders have a solid track record of achieving the goals of their pilots and continually raising the bar for the fee-for-departure (FFD) industry. In 2021, they announced a guaranteed and contractual flow to parent company Delta Air Lines. In 2022, the MEC achieved both a $110,000 retention bonus program and new pay rates that brought Endeavor back to the top of the FFD industry.

The MEC is now setting its sights on securing seniority and longevity at Delta Air Lines while at Endeavor. MEC leaders have the full support of the Delta MEC in this goal and the loftier goal of bringing all Endeavor pilots and aircraft onto the Delta property under the Delta contract.
