Delta Pilots Union Elects New Leadership Team

ATLANTA, GA —Today, the Delta Master Executive Council (MEC), represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA), elected new officers who will begin a two-year term on January 1, 2025.

The following pilots were elected to lead Delta’s 17,500 unionized pilots:

Capt. Eric Criswell – MEC Chair
First Officer Brandon Conwill – MEC Vice Chair
Capt. Shane Corbett – MEC Secretary
Capt. Nick Reed – MEC Treasurer

“Contract enforcement of our hard-fought-for agreement will continue to be a priority moving forward,” said MEC Chair-elect Capt. Eric Criswell. “Additionally, we will begin the important process of preparing for Section 6 contract negotiations with a goal of once again securing the next decisively industry-leading agreement.”

The Delta pilots’ contract becomes amendable on December 31, 2026. “I look forward to listening to the Delta pilots’ concerns and priorities during the next chapter,” said Criswell.

The current team of officers will remain in place through the end of the year to help during the transition period. “It’s been an honor and privilege to serve on behalf of the Delta pilots over the past two years. Our hard-working team of pilot volunteers and professional staff helped to negotiate, pass and implement over 200 contractual provisions as part of the richest pilot contract in our industry’s history. I am proud of my team’s accomplishments,” said current MEC Chair Capt. Darren Hartmann.
